Long-distance cycle path Bikepacking Tour Tyrol - Stage 1

St. Anton am Arlberg / Lechtal Alps
Difficulty ratings: difficult
Route length: 83.0 km
Duration: 6:37 h

It’s important to ease into things. That’s why the first stage through the Lech Valley involves more downhill than uphill. With the babbling Lech on one side and the Lechtal Alps on the other, you could easily take your time and spend the whole day here (at least once you’ve made it over the Arlberg Pass)!

Tour character

Moderate warm-up day with more downhill meters than uphill meters. A tough climb right at the start over the Arlberg Pass and then once again from Stuben up to Zürs. Don't be put off, because after that it's mainly downhill through the beautiful Lechtal valley to the Riedener See lake near Reutte with only a few smaller counter-climbs.
