The natural singletrail flow on the Grubigstein!
Variant 1: Ascent via MTB route 804 and 860 to Grubigalm.
Option 2: Ascent with the Grubiseinbahnen section 1 + 2, descent via MTB route 861 and/or Grubigalm trail.
At the Grubigalm you start idyllically over a meadow in the light forest on the Grubigstein. The trail offers a natural flow, is not extremely technical or blocked, but becomes very demanding at high speeds! After crossing the gravel road, the trail returns to the forest in a similar style.
The last section is very exposed and has some very narrow hairpin bends! Only for very good riders! You can easily bypass this part via the MTB route 860 by rolling straight out of the trail onto the ski slope and the gravel road.
Both final variants lead together via the route 860 to the Grubigstein middle station.
