Tour character

The Forest Aisle Trail on the Grubigstein is perfect for all bikers who like it flowy, fast and winding. From the Grubigalm, the route winds its way downhill through meadows and sparse forests, bend after bend. The last section has a few tight hairpin bends - but can be bypassed. The downhill fun continues into the valley on the sporty Schlägle Trail.

Description

Option 1: Ascent via MTB route 804 and 860 to Grubigalm.
Option 2: Ascent with the Grubistein lifts section 1 + 2, descent via MTB route no. 861 and/or Grubigalm Trail.

At the Grubigalm you start idyllically across a meadow into the sparse forest on the Grubigstein. The trail offers a natural flow, is not extremely technical or blocked, but becomes very challenging at high speeds! After crossing the gravel road, the trail leads back into the forest in a similar style.
The last section is very exposed and has some very tight hairpin bends! Only for very experienced riders! You can easily bypass this section via MTB Route 860 by rolling straight out of the trail onto the ski slope and gravel road.
Both final variants lead together via route 860 to the Grubigstein middle station.
