Varied hike to the Brandkopfstädel
Your hike takes you on a sunny south-facing slope from the mountain village of Bschlabs past species-rich meadows and protected larch pastures through a mixed mountain forest to the Brandkopf (1,715 m). In the past, the hay from the high mountain meadows was temporarily stored in barns, some of which are still preserved. This special resting place invites you to take a break. On the way back, you will discover another small cultural asset of the municipality, the Gleck, an alpine pasture where cattle still graze today. Your path then leads you back via the hamlet of Egg with its original, beautiful wooden houses, some of which are over 300 years old, to the starting point of the hike at the village square.
