Description

You start your Tour in the centre of Ellmau at the Hiking starting point opposite the Tourist Information Office. Walk past the church to the right and follow the Bergdoktorhaus signs. After visiting the famous TV doctor's practice, walk along hiking trail no. 1 to the Berggasthof Hochschwendt mountain inn. After a good Tyrolean meal, you hike a few more meters uphill until you reach the hiking trail 1b. Follow this trail, and then hiking trail no. 3, past the former Bergschenke inn and back to the starting point in the village centre.
