Arrival by public transport
Take the bus to Serfaus. From there, continue to the valley station of the Komperdell cable car and take the cable car to the top station. The trail starts about 20 minutes below the top station.
The Murmliweg in Serfaus leads through a shady forest and introduces families to the world of marmots in a fun way. Along the trail, there are interactive stations, a marmot cave and, with a bit of luck, real marmots to discover. An exciting nature experience for young and old.
The Murmliweg trail starts approx. 20 minutes underneath the Komperdell top station. Depending from which direction you walk the trail, there are possibilities to hike back to Serfaus on Waldweg trail no. 11 or on Wiesenweg trail no. 9.

Parking is available at the car park at the entrance to Serfaus. From there, you can take the underground railway to the village centre or the starting point of the tour.
