Equipment

Good equipment is essential for your hike. The following items should definitely be in your rucksack: - Food and drink - Functional clothing for rain, wind and cold - A change of clothes - Sun protection - First aid kit - Mobile phone with full battery (Euro emergency call 112) - Hiking map or GPS - Hiking poles Nevertheless, the following applies: light luggage also carries better, so your rucksack should not be weighed down with unnecessary ballast. Your route starts at the car park of the "Aqua Nova" indoor pool and takes you past the football pitch in the direction of Hägerau. Cross the bridge and continue left to Jochweg. At the Kneipp facility, you can linger and refresh yourself in peaceful surroundings. Continue to the hamlet of Walchen. Your way back takes you over the modern covered bridge in the direction of Hägerau and Steeg along the Lech riverside path, along the Lechweg until shortly before Dürnau.
