Cross over the bridge at Sporthotel Kirchler (house no. 453) and carry on uphill branching off to the right at the bend to join up with the forest path (path no. 28) leading to the Höllensteinhütte.

from Mayrhofen railway station, take the 4104 bus to Tux-Lanersbach

Strass/Brettfalltunnel to Mayrhofen - junction Ginzling/Hintertux
Tuxertal: turn right at the crossroads and stay on the L 6 Tuxer Landesstraße
to Tux-Lanersbach
