Culinary Alpine Club mountain huts

The excellent Tyrolean hut specialities are not easy to come by! This is because the Alpine Club's mountain huts are located in the high mountains and many of them can only be reached on foot. But every step is worth it: the paths and trails run through fascinating mountain nature, with a delicious stop-off waiting at the end. The dishes that are conjured up in the huts presented here, sometimes in the smallest of spaces and with challenging logistics, are also of the highest culinary standard. This is what the mountains taste like!
