A sunny winter hike through the hamlets of St. Ulrich am Pillersee. The path leads across open fields, beautiful nature and the scattered settlement area of the village. Who would like shortens the trip and uses the bus from Strass for the return journey.
From the starting point of the cross-country skiing and winter hiking trails in the village center, you walk to the Grieselbach. Following the signs with the inscription "Aurunde", the trail leads via the hamlets of Neuwieben and Weißleiten to the hamlet of Au, where the turning point of the tour is reached. It is best to make a stop on the sunny terrace of the Landhotel Strasserwirt. From there, you could also shorten the tour with the Regiobus and return to the center. The footpath leads on the other side of the road from the Strasserwirt via the hamlet of Schartental back to the village center of St. Ulrich am Pillersee.
