Summer: great base for walking and mountain biking tours. E5 long-distance hiking trail stage. 30 min by car from Timmelsjoch Pass (panorama road to Italy). Winter: close to the ski areas of Sölden-Hochsölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl. Free skibus shuttle running every 20 minutes. Bus stop at 300 m from our house. Cross-country skiing track, winter walking trails nearby (500 m).
