Exclusive, newly built holiday apartment (built 2017) is part of the Alpin Park Matrei and is located directly in the centre of the village. Completely equipped, the apartment offers modern comfort for highest demands and space for 6 persons. It has a spacious living / dining area, a large terrace and 2 bedrooms and two shower bathrooms.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached directly by lift from the underground car park with your own reserved parking space. From the balcony you have a free view directly into the Virgen Valley and the foothills of the Venice Group. In summer, a heated outdoor pool is available to our holiday guests (only for guests of the Alpine Park).
