This holiday cottage is situated directly in the ski-are Hochzillertal (1.800 m) between the guesthouses Kaltenbacher Skihütte and Almgasthof Zirmstadl at the "Neuhütten" t-bar lift. Snow-guarantee is ensured. From November until May the cottage can be reaches only by the cable-car Hochzillertal from Kaltenbach. The transport of the luggage from the top-section of the cable-car to the cottage is possible. Internet. 4 mountain-bikes and nordic-walking-staves for free, guided hiking tours and walkings for children, baking bread, barbecue (sausage), torch walking (in summer), package offers on the webside.
