The Horberg Kinderland right behind the house and only a 2-minute walk to the Horbergbahn / Penken valley station are not only an ideal starting point for beginners, but also for advanced skiers.

Nestled in the middle of the Zillertal Alps: 200m to the start of the cross-country ski trail in winter and the bike path that leads through the entire valley in summer. For children, the newly built "Auenland Sidan" playground and the Zimmereben via ferrata in the immediate vicinity offer a great experience.
