The ski Stubai, Schlick 2000, and Elferlifte Serleslifte are all easily accessible by car or public transport. Also not far from the house is the entrance to the cross-country ski trail, and 4 different toboggan runs, one of which is lit at night. Endless walking directly from the house. Summer activities:.
