Our newly constructed Apart Pöllstein guesthouse, with two modern holiday apartments, lies in Kaltenbach near the access to the Zillertaler Höhenstrasse road and welcomes you and your family. The well groomed Pöllstein house, located somewhat above Kaltenbach, is surrounded by wonderful forests and offers a panoramic view of the Zillertal mountains. By car, you reach the centre of Kaltenbach and the Hochzillertal valley station in less than 5 minutes. Cosy restaurants and cafés, where you can end the day on a sociable note together with your family, are close by as well. Our holiday apartments provide everything you need for a perfect holiday with your family in Kaltenbach. Park directly in front of the house or use the garage for a small fee. Of course we offer a ski room with ski boot dryer and, on request, you can even bring your dog. Our modern “Martin” holiday apartment for 2-4 people comes with a large sleeping / living area with a cosy sitting corner, a kitchenette, a roomy bathroom with shower/WC and a small lounge-style terrace that invites you and your family to relax. The equally bright and romantically designed “Elizabeth” apartment accommodates 2-4 people and additionally offers a vestibule including wardrobe, a kitchen with dishwasher, a large living room with a bed couch, a bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony. Both Pöllstein holiday apartments also have Wifi, satellite TV, hair dryer and a washing machine. On request, we even offer a breakfast service including fresh milk from our nearby “Pöllsteinhof” farm. Our tap water is revitalized water, so-called Grander water, and comes from our own spring! The ski bus stop to the Hochfügen - Hochzillertal skiing area is only 30m away. Skiing with children and the whole family is a special pleasure in the extensive Hochfügen - Hochzillertal skiing resort. In addition to a children’s ski school with lessons for kids, a ski rental service is available as well. During summer months the RegioTaxi offers cost-efficient transport to the Kaltenbach centre.
