Welcome to Apart Smart at the entrance of the Alpine world of the idyllic Zillertal.

Our house is located on the edge of the pleasant village of Bruck am Ziller.

The appartement is located on the ground floor of the house and offers space for 2 adults and 2 children or even 3 adults without any problems, so it is perfectly suitable for small families or holidays for two. The furnishings range from a comfortable double bed in the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with walk-in or accessible shower, to the living room with pull-out sofa and a terrace in front of the house. W-Lan and parking space are included.

In winter, skiers will find a storage room for ski and other winter sports equipment. The free ski bus runs once a day from the nearby bus stop to the Spieljoch and Hochfügen ski areas, and the Hochzillertal ski area can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. For relaxation after the strenuous skiing experience, you can relax in the Erlebnistherme Zillertal, only 3 km away, with a sauna or massage, or warm your limbs in the well-tempered water.

Bruck is the spot in the Zillertal with the most hours of sunshine per year. In summer, our sun terrace is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and unwind. However, the Zillertal also invites you to explore and discover, especially in the warm season. A ride on the steam train of the Zillertalbahn, for example, a visit to the hay milk dairy in Fügen or a detour on the 35 km long Zillertaler Höhenstrasse. The hiking area on the Spieljoch offers many experiences and a wide range of hiking trails for mountain lovers, even in the summer months. You can cool off in the Schlitters bathing lake, only 2.5 km away, where there is something for the whole family with a volleyball court, water play area and a large children's playground.
