Our apartment house is situated on a sunny southern hill side between Lanersbach and Hintertux in the district of Juns at 1400 meters above sea level.
The all-year-round ski resort Hintertux Glacier is just 4 km away and other skiing areas are nearby.
A special plus in the summer are the many tours and hiking trails as well as mountain bike trails for all levels in the immediate vicinity.

Our apartment house is located between Lanersbach and Hintertux in the center of Juns. The Hintertux glacier or the ski areas in the village (Ski and Glacier World Zillertal 3000) are easily accessible with the free ski bus in winter - or the free hiking bus in summer.
The bus stop is about 50 meters away from our house. Directly opposite there is an entry point for cross-country skiers.
