The Nussbaum is located between Aurach bei Kitzbühel and Jochberg directly on the B 171. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity.
Enjoy the view all the way to the Großvenediger and the Hohe Tauern.
Behind the house you can directly enter the cross-country skiing track or the winter hiking trail. In summer, too, the hiking and cycling area is right on the doorstep. The Eichenheim golf course is about 5 minutes away and the various golf courses in Kitzbühel (about 10 minutes) or in Mittersill (about 30 minutes) are very easy to reach.

You can reach the apartment up a spiral staircase, the skiromm is on the ground floor. Of course, if necessary, you can use the normal stairs in the landlord's apartment. In front of the house there is a small "Free little Library" where you can stock up on reading material at any time.
