The ski and hiking areas are nearby, with the ski bus stop just a 2-minute walk from the house. Free ski buses are available to the Spieljoch, Hochfügen, and Hochzillertal ski areas.

About the apartment: Spacious living space of approximately 87m2 with a rustic parlor and a flat-screen TV. Functional kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dining table. Two bedrooms with wardrobes. Entrance area with a wardrobe. Small bathroom with a shower and washbasin, separate toilet.
