Appartement Naturnah

We are Eva and Rudi, an austrian-hungarian couple. We live with our son in the
beautiful village Mieders. We stay in the house, where the apartment is situated. As
open-minded and hospitable people we endeavour to give answers and to fulfil the
wishes of our guests. We are a sportive family, so if you need an advice or tip, please
ask. No matter if it is summer or winter we are here for you all the time!

Hello and a warm welcome to our apartment Naturnah in Mieders in the stubai valley.
The apartment is located in the ground floor with 52m² and a beautiful private garden
with an outstanding view to the mountains of the stubai valley. The apartment
accommodates 3-5 people. You enjoy free WLAN, a flat-panel television set, a
combined kitchen and living room with an extendible couch. In the production level
kitchen (kettle, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave
oven) is a comfortable dinette. The residential area has cozy chairs.
The generous bathroom exhibits towels and bathrobes. The WC is separated. In the
bedroom there are three beds, one double bed and a single bed, with linen.

It’s a perfect place for nature lovers, because the forest is only a few steps shy from
the apartment.
Our house was built in 2017. Relax at this modern place with natural finish charm.
You enjoy a free parking space in front of the apartment. Smoking in the apartment is
not allowed, in the garden it is permitted. The location submontane Serles is
wonderful.
Mieders is the first village in the valley stubai. In summer you can explore the stubai
mountains by feet, by bike or you go with the cable car. Or you can go to an open air
bath, a lake or a swimming pool.
In winter you have endless opportunities: skiing, luge, ice-skating, snow-shoeing or to
go ski touring.
The state capital is 15 km away, there is an airport and the central railway station too.
The distance to Brenner is 28km and to Mittenwald 32km.
In our region there are lots of ropeways, for example Serlesbahnen in Mieders 700m,
Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes 4,8km, Elferbahnen in Neustift 7,2km, Stubaier Gletscher
(glacier) in Neustift as well is 27 km, Patscherkofel in Patsch 10km. Bergeralm in
Steinach 17km, Seegrube in Innsbruck 20km. (distances to the apartment)
In winter there is an ice pavilion in Fulpmes and in Neustift as well.
In our village Mieders there are a few restaurants, a grocery, a pharmacy, a doctor
and a petrol station.
