Welcome to the Komfort-Apartmenthaus Zufriedenheit in Leutasch, in the Seefeld region - Tyrol's high plateau. Experience a beautiful and unforgettable holiday in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains. In Leutasch, a quiet and sunny location away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, you can enjoy the relaxing effect of marvellous peace, fresh mountain air and a unique natural landscape.
Our modern, well-kept and comfortable flats in Leutasch are all non-smoking. The six holiday flats offer free WLAN, a room safe and a fully equipped kitchen. On request, we are happy to offer you a bread roll service from Monday to Saturday. All flats also have a south-facing balcony from which you can enjoy the marvellous mountain panorama to the full. Our "Enzian" and "Brunelle" holiday flats each offer two separate bedrooms and extra beds, so they can accommodate 2-7 people. The "Arnika" and "Camille" flats also have a separate bedroom with the option of a pull-out sofa bed and can accommodate 1-4 people. A covered car park is also available for our guests.
Relax in our large sunbathing lawn, which also offers a playground with swings, slide, sandpit and more for the children. A garden barbecue with cosy seating is also available. From May to October, our guests can relax free of charge in the "ErlebnisWelt Alpenbad" Leutasch swimming pool. As the Leutasch Valley offers many great cycle paths and toboggan runs, we lend bikes and toboggans at our accommodation while stocks last.
In winter you can reach the 271 km long, perfectly groomed cross-country ski trail network of the Seefeld region in Leutasch in just a few minutes on foot. In our heated ski and waxing room you can prepare yourself perfectly for the day on the cross-country ski trail. In winter and summer you can go on beautiful hikes in the Leutasch valley directly from the house. Our Zufriedenheit flat house is also the ideal starting point for many different mountain tours as well as cycling and mountain bike tours.
