A ten-minute walk across fragrant alpine meadows takes you to Seefeld’s village centre, home to one of Tyrol’s first-ever pedestrian areas with a fine range of shops and restaurants. During your holiday you can leave your car in the safety of our basement garage. The bus stop for catching the free village buses and ski buses is situated right in front of the apartments.

Appointed with lots of Tyrolean charm, our Kerber house contains a selection of apartments with between one and four rooms, all with balcony or terrace. Our feel-good apartments offer a light, welcoming home-away-from-home ambience. After an eventful family day hiking in the mountains, what better way to relax than in our spa oasis. Our spacious sauna area boasts a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and a freshwater whirlpool.

During the summer months our apartment house offers the ideal ‘base camp’ for hiking and mountain biking tours. Starting right on our doorstep, signposted walking and hiking trails let you explore the beauty of the Region Seefeld with your family and dog. And when you return, you can unwind on the sun-loungers in our garden and watch your children having fun in our playground.

Thanks to our apartment house’s ideal location, you can ski from here straight onto the small but delightful Geigenbühel ski slope. If you want to take to the pistes in the larger ski areas - Rosshütte or Gschwandtkopf - then you can make use of the complimentary ski bus. Offering quality-tested accommodation especially suited to the needs and wishes of cross-country skiers, our apartment house is located just a ten-minute walk from the tracks.
