The comfortable holiday apartment is furnished in rural style, suited for 2 - 4 persons and with its balcony offers a wonderful mountain view from the first floor. The child-friendly facilities are ideal for your holidays with children and come with a cosy living/dining room with TV and free Wifi, a double and a single bed room, a tub/shower and a separate WC, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
Among the further pleasures of the house are a ski room with ski boot dryer and the parking possibilities. The generous garden with summer house, barbeque area, sand box and swing is ideal for spending holidays with your children.

In summer Erste Ferienregion Zillertal offers a broad spectrum of leisure activities. Many nature hiking paths and cycle trails can directly be accessed from your holiday apartment. When spending your holidays with children the Aufenfeld recreation park is definitely worth a visit.

In winter, Aschau is a perfect starting point for skiing enthusiasts. The top skiing areas of Hochzillertal - Hochfügen as well as the Zillertal Arena are only 5 minutes away by car. The snow-decked valley descent leads from the Hochzillertal skiing area directly to Aschau. Near the Hochzillertal valley station you find many facilities such as ski courses, ski rentals and day-care. In addition to that, night entertainment fans will surely enjoy the après-ski and the night skiing offer.
