In the house which was newly built in 2015, you have the entire 2nd floor to yourself. The apartment has two bedrooms which are both furnished with a double bed, and one bedroom has an additional bunk bed.

Equipped with a stylish open kitchen diner with refrigerator and an extra WC, the holiday apartment is ideal for family holidays. Each room of the holiday apartment Lanser has a balcony offering a fantastic view of the Zillertal mountains.

The furnishings of the house are basically rustic Tirolean style, but at the same time you enjoy the comfort and decor of the 21st century: Styled with ambient lighting as well as subdued, tasteful accents and muted colours, the apartment conveys a feeling of serenity and relaxation.

In your winter holidays, the holiday apartment Lanser is only a 5-minute walk or 400 metres from the ski bus stop Helfenstein. The free ski bus takes you to the valley station Kaltenbach of the ski area Hochfügen-Hochzillertal, where you can enjoy world-class skiing on 89 km of pistes in one of Tirol’s finest ski resorts.

Off the slopes, guests can engage in a multitude of activities like cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, or simply enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and soothing warmth at the water fun park “Erlebnistherme Zillertal” in Fügen.

In your summer holidays in the Zillertal, the holiday apartment Lanser is only a kilometre from the 18-hole golf course Uderns. The nature discovery and bird nature trails which run through Helfenstein offer a beautiful hiking tour, at a total length of 6.5 kilometres it is an ideal jaunt for families with children. The water fun park “Erlebnistherme Zillertal” in Fügen offers a spacious outdoor area in the summer, which is perfect to cool off for families and couples alike.
