Enjoy relaxing days in the Olympic resort of Igls near Innsbruck. Numerous paths invite summer and winter for hiking through meadows and forests.

Grocery store on the ground floor. Bakery, laundry, doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser, ski school and ski rental, skating rink, golf courses, e-bike rental and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity.

Innsbruck and the ski area Patscherkofel can be reached by line J every 10 minutes in 15-20 minutes. All ski resorts in North Tyrol can be reached in about 1 hour. In winter, shuttle buses can be used free of charge in some ski areas.

There is a parking lot available on the property. Further free parking on the public road.
