Our family-run guesthouse is located in the hamlet of Timls at an elevation of 1050 m outside the village of Arzl in the Pitztal, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the Tyrolean mountains. The spacious and bright holiday apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with a private entrance and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. It is an ideal starting point to reach the ski and hiking areas in the Pitztal, as well as the surrounding valleys and the state capital Innsbruck. A perfect beginning for motorcyclists to ride various passes.
Non-smoking apartment. No parties and no pets allowed.
We can only be reached directly by private vehicle. In winter, tire chains may be required. The nearest bus stop is located 600 m further down. From there, you can take the public ski and hiking bus.
