Alpine athletes can take the free ski buses comfortably to the family ski area Mitterland in Vorderthiersee or to the large Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. A cross-country ski trail leads directly past the Rosenhof.

All apartments (except for the apartment Silberdistel) have balcony or terrace with lake and mountain view.
