Our house is situated at the foot of the waterfall Talbach, in a world of mountains which offers you peace and recreation.
Just in front of you lies the beauty of the Alps and an unforgettable time of relaxtion.
Surrounded by fascinating mountains and meadows, which you can enjoy right in front of our doorstep.
We have two cosy and fully equipped apartments. When necessary the two apartments can be connected, so small groups or larger families will have a comfortable accommodation.

With our cosy atmosphere we are trying to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. In a quiet and sunny location with stunning panoramic views of the mountains, with view over Mayrhofen and Zell am Ziller, in the middle of the tourist area, Zillertal Arena. Especially for families with children the Zillertal is a paradise full of outdoor activities or just the place to enjoy a time of joy, pleasure and relaxation!

For your summer vacation, feel free to enjoy our garden. We also have a cosy room in our basement which you are free to use, with a table football for children and board games. We are a family with a large family feeling and each guest will notice this right from the start!

Looking for a winter holiday? Then this is the place to be! In only 4 minutes you reach the Zillertal Arena ski area.
Or within 10 min the Ahron/Penkenbahn in Mayrhofen or Horbergbahn and the ski area Kaltenbach. The Hintertux Glacier can be reached in 30 drive minutes.
Just ask us and we will help you with the preparations for your perfect holiday in the Zillertal.
