The surrounding of our house is calm, but central: 5 min. to the centre, 5 min. to the valley station of "Rosshütte", 5 min. to the cross-country ski run and 2 min. to the ski and village shuttle. Especially the sunny location makes our house special.

As you are used to at home, the apartment is fully equipped in the kitchen as well as in the living room. And don’t worry, we also included wifi and a room safe. The bedroom is free from electric smog, so that you can have a calm and relaxed sleep. With its wooden floors it is also perfect for allergic persons.

Healthy sleep - in the bedroom the electricity automaticaly turns off if it isn’t needed. So it allowes a relaxing, healthy sleep.

Allergy-friendly - because we didn’t use any carpets, it is perfectly suitable for allergic persons.

Direct access to the garden - from the winter garden you can reach our garden directly. It awaits you with a big lawn with toys for your kids and garden furniture.

Private parking space - the parcing space is located directly in front of our house.
