The Stuibenfall waterfall, the Ötzi village, the birds of prey park, restaurants, shops and the bus stop are all within walking distance. Our house is the perfect starting point for nature adventures, numerous hiking-, climbing- and cycling tours start right outside the front door. The free ski bus takes you to the top ski areas of the Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl and the Hochoetz family ski area).
