The house Staud is located at about 1.475 m above sea level in the middle of the valley basin of Innerschmirn in the hamlet Hochmark. Our house has 2 apartments, which can be rented separately or together if necessary.
In summer you can start directly from the house or after only a short drive in the entire valley (Gererhütte, Tuxerjochhaus, Reckner and much more) or in the neighboring valleys wonderful hikes. Our location is also ideal for trips to nearby South Tyrol or cities such as Innsbruck, Bolzano, Munich and Salzburg.
In winter you can enter the cross-country ski trail that passes directly next to the house. On for ski tours, eg in the Wildlahnertal in the Olperer, Höllscharte, Hohe Warte uvm you can start directly from the house and back to the house. The toboggan run is only 80 meters away and offers a lot of fun especially for families. For sliding the Bergeralm ski area is perfectly located.
