> We have renovated our living rooms in the chalet "since winter 2016":

“New” has become for our holiday guests: the entrance area and the kitchen are flowing, an exclusive oak country house floor is waiting in the newly designed living / dining room and partly in the bedrooms, new fabrics have been processed, such as opaque curtains for a restful sleep, as well as TV enjoyment now available in every bedroom .....

Our chalet is in a central location, right in the center of Ellmau, with a view of the Wilder Kaiser.
In winter you have direct access to the ski world and its surrounding ski lifts and ski schools from our house. The ski slope is right next to the house;
Even in summer our house is the ideal starting point for all leisure and vacation activities for the Wilder Kaiser region!

Ground floor and entrance area:

• 1 large living and dining room, with corner bench, living area, LED TV and free WiFi (free Wifi)

• 1 separate kitchen, (oven and dishwasher available), dishes, cutlery and much more ....

• a pleasant entrance area for shoes, ski boots and clothing, and a small storage room adjacent

• 1 bathroom with shower / toilet / sink

• Outside there is a small ski storage room for storing the skis and poles

in the 1st Floor:

• 3 separate bedrooms with LED TV (1 triple rooms, 1 douple room and 1 room with two single beds)

• 1 bathroom with shower / sink

• 1 separate toilet
