Picturesque, our house is located on the quiet sunny plateau of Kappl in the beautiful Paznaun. The downhill ride to the house is possible. There is also a ski bus stop 30m away. If you want to relax and rest, make a holiday at Haus Hohspitz in Kappl. Our house is comfortable, in rural stalk, furnished with beautiful solid wood furniture. We have a total of 2 apartments, including a 6 to 10 people with 140sqm, and a beautiful apartment for 4 people of 65sqm.
