Our holiday house in Tyrol i offers a high standard in quality, comfort and cleanliness. The comprises of 8 bedrooms with 24 for beds. Five oft he bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with professional dishwasher and dining area. Besides, there are a tiled stove, living room, a common room for parties, terraces, a lawn, large grill, table tennis, open fireplace and several parking lots as well as an oil central heating system. Smoking is only permitted in the common room. Spezial features A small garden, a lawn an garden furniture is available. This is a non-smoking holiday accomodation, except for the common room. There is a beer pump available for your parties! Location and surroundings The holiday house is located 2,5 km above the village of Wenns and has a stunning view to the Hochzeiger skiing area and the Tyrol mountains. Numerous hiking paths lead from the property to the alpine meadows, such as the European Hiking Trail E5. Our "Country House Julia" is a romantic montain lodge, a comfortable ski hut and self-catering holiday house at the same time. Its wonderful location in the heart of Tyrol makes it a popular holiday destination for families, friends, students, companies, associations and school trips. Many birthdays and jubilees have already been celebrated in our house.
