Our house is situated 2,8 km outside the village of Kappl. Our part of the village is called Perpat. It is really sunny and we have a wonderful view over the Paznaun valley. Our house is built like typical tyrolian landhouses. We have 2 nice apartments, one for seven persons and one for four persons.
