Our appartement-pension is situated in a quiet location, 700 metres (as the crow flies) from the main road, 1200 driving metres outside the centre, approx. 15 minutes on foot via the hiking trail to the supermarket, post office, pharmacy and various restaurants in Ellmau.

We are located directly on the cross-country ski trail, on the cycle path and in the immediate vicinity of the 27-hole golf course. 300 metres to the free ski bus stop in winter, 1500 metres to the Ellmauer Kaiserbad swimming & wellness area.

Our location is certainly an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the Wilder Kaiser area. Direct view of the Kaisergebirge, the Hartkaiser and into the village.

Cosy lounge with open fire and kitchenette, terrace in front of the house or at the barbecue hut, table tennis, fitness room, bicycle room, ski cellar and heated boot room in winter, large car park, sunbathing lawn, barbecue evenings in summer by arrangement, electric charging station.

All rooms with shower/toilet, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and refrigerator.

The flat prices do not include breakfast buffet, all room prices include breakfast buffet.

The flats for 2-4 persons (21-45 m²) consist of a fully equipped kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms; extra bed or cot and baby chair possible, shower/ washroom and toilet. The one-room flats for 2-3 people consist of a combined living room/bedroom with dining area and kitchenette. The suites in house 8 ground floor can be occupied by up to max. 5 persons and are completely new since 2021. Bed linen and towels are included. Final cleaning is charged extra. We also offer a bread service or breakfast buffet.
