Our house is a modern architecture detached house located in the quiet, sunny district Untermühl in Kappl in Tyrol and is only about a three-minute drive and about 30 minutes walk from the village center Kappl away. Kappl and its surroundings offer many activities in our beautiful mountains in winter and summer.
The approximately 40m ² large apartment Umemma on the ground floor is very cozy and modern, the apartment has a small front garden, where a seating option is given (in fair weather (from mid-February) on request, the grill in the front yard is allowed There are two parking spaces in front of the house and for families with small children or babies it is also possible to drive with a pushchair into the windscreen.
