The space The Rosshütte in Villa Caroline apartment can accommodate 4 persons and 2 children. The Villa is a newly built house in modern Austrian style. It was built and equipped to a very high standard in compliance. This luxury apartment, with 100sqm offers its guests and freedom. Your car can be parked in our covered garage, beside where the heated ski / boot room is located. From here they come into the house. The apartment is serviced by a lift. The size of the living room is approximately 35m² and has large windows - with a fantastic view, a spacious dining table, satellite TV, telephone, free internet access, a cozy gas fireplace and a spacious terrace furniture. On the balcony (with a door from the living room and the bedroom to reach) is a table with benches and chairs for outdoor dining - surrounded by the unique mountain panorama. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. It has two bedrooms - one with double bed and one with two single beds - equipped. In the large living room - on the couch - can also stay two more children.
