At the Zottlhof you live alone - door to door with good-natured highland cattle - and can enjoy the beauty of nature right on your doorstep. In winter you can go directly to the cross-country ski run and also numerous winter walks on the cleared and cleared winter hiking trails can be undertaken directly from Zottlhof. In summer our Zottlhof is the central starting point for your hikes, summits and mountain bike tours. Numerous sunny spots are available in summer and winter.

The Zottlhof has a single holiday apartment for 2-6 persons and you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the spaciousness like on an alpine pasture. The cosy apartment with separate bedroom, spacious shower/WC, cosy living room and modern kitchen is equipped with great attention to detail. In the holiday apartment you will find an exclusively equipped kitchen with induction cooker, dishwasher and microwave and much more. Delicacies can also be prepared on the open fire. Depending on the season, the herb and snack garden offers fresh kitchen and medicinal herbs, raspberries, blackberries, currants, etc. to pick yourself. The terrace in the farmer's garden invites you to linger in the evening to watch the sunset in the Gaistal alpine paradise. The little brook refreshes after the hiking & mountain tours .

The Zottlhof in Leutasch takes its name from the highland cattle, the so-called "Zottl", which are on the alpine pasture during the warm season and come back home from about mid-September. We would be happy to tell you all about the Zottl and the cycle of nature. According to the motto: Take a holiday & live on the farm!

Enter the cross-country ski run directly in front of our Zottlhof. You can experience the cross-country skiing fun for FREE. Or go on a winterly hike through the snowy Katzenloch. There's nothing in the way of tobogganing, ski touring or even a visit to the Rauthhütte! In summer Leutasch in Tyrol is famous for its varied cycling and mountain bike routes. 570 kilometres of cycle paths in the Region of Seefeld of various degrees of difficulty offer the possibility to explore the region on 2 wheels. Perfect for hikers and cyclists is also the alpine pasture paradise of Gaistal, where numerous huts and alpine pastures await you. Leisurely walks through forests and meadows or up to the alpine pastures of the mighty peaks of the Mieminger and Wetterstein mountains invite you to take your hiking boots out of your closet....

Covered parking, ski service station and tobogganing round off the offer at no extra cost. The PV system ( photovoltaic ) complements our work with the farm animals in the cycle of nature.
