Our small HOTEL is a traditional family business hotel and is situated in the CENTER of KAPPL on the SUNNY SIDE near the ski run (ap. 200m) - only 9 km far from ISCHGL. Restaurants, apres- ski-bars, shops, bank, post–office, busstation and medical assistance are near our hotel.
You can easily use the bus to ISCHGL - bus stop only 200 m far from our house.
Our hotel is situated directly at the wonderful Paznauntal-Bike-Trail.
