Welcome to our since 1756 family-run Gasthof Hirschen in Leithen/ Reith near Seefeld. The 3-star traditional business, on the sunny plateau of Reith, at 1130m, is always focused on personal service and tradition!
Leithen, an idyllic district of Reith bei Seefeld is located 24km north of Innsbruck and only four km south of Seefeld. The region bus, free of charge for skiers and cross-country skiers, stops directly in front of our 3-star Gasthof Hirschen and takes you to the surrounding ski areas such as Rosshütte, Gschwandtkopf as well as to the 271 km of cross-country ski trails of the Region Seefeld-Tirols Hochplateau.
In our Tyrolean inn you can expect 13, in Tyrolean country style, furnished rooms in different categories. From single, double to triple rooms, all with spacious balconies and views of the surrounding mountain panorama, the Kalkkögel to the west and the Wetterstein area to the north.
The small wellness area with sauna, infrared cabin, solarium and splash shower will make your heart beat faster again.
The cuisine of our traditional inn Hirschen is known and loved by locals as well as by our guests. With a rich breakfast we spoil you already in the morning! After an active day of hiking, let yourself be cooked by the master of the house, Peter Scholl, an innkeeper with passion - especially the traditional Tyrolean delicacies, served by the landlady Martina, will delight you. We use mainly products from the region and from our own farm here in Leithen.

Summer in Reith bei Seefeld - pure experience. Directly from the Gasthof Hirschen, well-signposted hiking trails lead you into the mountains around the Karwendel Mountains, where you can still observe chamois very closely. Leisurely circular walks inform you about the history, legends and myths of Reith. Not to forget our 3-D archery course with 28 partly challenging but also easy targets to hit!

In winter, explore the 142 km of daily freshly cleared winter hiking trails in the Region Seefeld, the powder snow on the ski slopes of Seefeld and Leutasch as well as the 271 km of cross-country ski trails in all levels of difficulty, which are perfectly groomed every day. In the mood for adventure? Of course you can also use the 3-D Parcour in the middle of the beautiful mixed forest here on the Reither Plateau in winter! Equipment is available!
