Here at the 4* Gasthof Hotel Post in Strass, a careful approach to old values is successfully combined with the willingness to courageously step into the future. We have rebuilt our traditional house with its distinctive stone facade from 1840, with great attention to detail.  In January 2021, we did not only receive our fourth star, but also completed the extensive reconstruction.

This is where tradition meets the modern. This theme is reflected throughout the entire house. Tyrolean coziness and elegant, contemporary architecture turns the stay into a special experience. In addition to state-of-the-art seminar rooms, the new building also offers a very special wellness area. The sky pool with sun terrace, the various (panoramic) saunas and, of course, the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains invite you to relax and enjoy.

This also applies to the culinary delights in our Post's restaurant, which has been awarded the Tyrolean Restaurant-Seal. The “Tiroler Wirtshaus-Gütesiegel”, as it is called, guarantees not only an excellent regional food and beverage selection, but also genuine Tyrolean hospitality and individual service. Products from the adjacent farm of Rudolf Rainer are used as well as products from the region ("AMA Genussregion") and are awarded with the quality seal "Bewusst Tirol".

The new, state-of-the-art seminar rooms offer optimal conditions for concentrated work and creative brainstorming. Daylight-flooded rooms with numerous breakout options guarantee a successful meeting, conference or seminar for up to 100 people. Microphones and speakers built into the rooms ensure a particularly clear online meeting experience.
