Our house was built around 1900 by the art restorer and honorary citizen Josef Sailer (1876 – 1958). It was rebuilt into apartments and is now led by his great-granddaughter Natalie Schönegger. The Villa St. Oswald with altogether 5 apartments is located in the centre. It is one of the most beautiful houses in the originally architectural style of the village- if not the most beautiful one.

The apartments are equipped with all amenities to ensure comfort and convenience. They are bright and luxury and comfortably furnished with love to detail. Ancient tiled stoves (electric conversion), marble baths and furniture offer a traditional and classy atmosphere.
