The resort itself is divided into six zones, three of which are designed with children and teenagers in mind. The Zwergerlwelt is where young children can take their first tentative turns on skis, while the Abenteuerland is for more experienced skiers and has features such as tunnels and rollers. Finally, the Actionpark is for teenagers and young-at-heart adults keen to test their skills on rails, boxes and fun a race course. While the children are occupied in ski school or playing under the watchful eye of the local childcare experts, parents can head out on their own to explore the resort and try a little off-piste freeriding.

There are plenty of activities away from the slopes in Galtür, including bowling and swimming, the Erlebnismuseum Alpinarium and fun barrel races where everyone is welcome to have a go.

Special family deals. Children under the age of 8 years receive a free lift pass when accompanied by an adult. The reduced children's rate is valid for children and teenagers up to the age of 18 years.

CHILDREN’S SKI SCHOOL. The Skischule Silvretta-Galtür is home to Siggi’s Kinderland, an easy beginner area with conveyor belt lifts, a mini race course for kids and a snow carousel. Children aged three year and older will find perfect conditions here to take their first tentative turns on snow. The ski school’s team of friendly and experienced instructors have come up with their own teaching methods to make the learning process as easy as ABC. Individual tuition and group lessons are available. The children's courses of the Skischool See are the best way to teach the next generation how to ski using playful methods. Breathtaking days full of fun and games with the mascot Tabaluga await the children.
