Audioversum

Innsbruck

Experiment with new ways of listening: The Audioversum in Innsbruck is a unique collection of interactive, ears-on exhibits that let visitors investigate their perception of sound.

How does the sense of hearing work? What happens when hearing decreases? At the Audioversum, visitors can focus on subtle and profound aspects of hearing and experiment with new ways of listening deeply and carefully.  Experiment with rhythms and melodies and play with new ways of hearing that bypass your ears by means of interactive exhibits and installations, virtual tours of the ear, games and an audio lab. Find out how we tune in to specific aspects of the sounds around us and how auditory stimuli help us understand our environments. With changing exhibitions and an array of events and workshops, the Audioversum creates a compelling and educational visitor experience for all ages.
