A visit to the Längenfeld Nature Park House is the perfect way to prepare yourself and your family for your next outdoor adventure in the Ötztal Valley. The interactive outdoor exhibition presents fascinating insights into the plants and animals that call this mountainous region in the west of Tirol home. There are no stuffed animals on display, with the exhibition instead using natural materials, wood carvings and technology such as touchscreens, virtual reality headsets, holograms and wall reliefs to bring the landscape and history of the Ötztal Valley to life. The Nature Park House has been set up as a centre of knowledge, one of seven information points throughout the Ötztal Nature Park. As well as the eye-catching permanent exhibition it also hosts temporary exhibitions, workshops, seminars and talks.
