And when it comes to creating truly delicious cheeses, we’re happy to admit that we allow nature to do some important work on our behalf. Crucially we’re able to do this because we only ever use locally sourced, pure, grass-fed, raw milk to make all our cheeses. During your visit, witness the story of early cheese making at the museum and imagine how cheese was made over a century ago without today’s modern conveniences. The guided tour of the Cheese Dairy is rounded out by a sample of mouth-watering cheese varieties. The Dairy Shop sells a wealth of different cheeses, carefully created to please the widest variety of palettes.
