Trams is the name given to the plateau between Landeck and Zams. Here, surrounded by a small forest at the foot of the Venet mountain, lies the "Tramser Badeweiher".
This natural swimming lake is a great place to cool off on a hot summer’s day and offers plenty to see and do for all the family. If you look closely then you may be able to spot crayfish, freshwater mussels and several species of dragonflies. Children can run around to their heart’s content in the adventure playground while their parents treat themselves to a spa session or beauty treatment at the nearby Hotel Tramser. The Badeweiher Trams is just a 2km drive from Landeck and can be reached on foot in 30 minutes from Landeck or Zams. Access to the lake is free of charge.
