Stuibenfall via ferrata

Mighty glaciers, solid granite. The Ötztal Valley is one of the best places anywhere in Tirol for rock climbing. At the Stuibenfall, the highest waterfall in Tirol, visitors will find a via ferrata demanding strong arms and strong nerves. It may look intimidating at first sight, but its many handholds and footholds make it suitable for children aged ten years and above.

“For me, the Stuibenfall via ferrata is the perfect combination of rock and water. I have climbed it so many times in my life, but it is still an awesome experience as you climb up towards the waterfall so close that you can feel the spray on your body.”

Alexander Riml, rock climber, mountain and ski guide
