The intermediate and 10-kilometer long Reschen XC Ski Trail in Nauders passes along the frozen Reschen Reservoir and provides an opportunity to see the “Sunken Church Tower” up close and personal: The plans for the reservoir resulted in several nearby villages being submerged, including Graun. Interestingly enough, the top of the 14th century church tower of Graun is still visible today as it sticks out of the middle of the lake.
